Day 26 – Melbourne!

I’m in Melbourne!  I’m not really feeling up to writing much.  Had somewhat of a sad day.  Melissa left for back home today, so I’m just sad!  Vancouver is lucky that it gets you back so soon!  So I’m on my own for 2 weeks now.  It’s an adjustment for sure.  I will be okay, just feeling a little alone at the moment.

I really am enjoying this city though.  I’d say it’s a mini stretched out and flattened version of San Francisco (I always seem to compare cities this way!).  I walked around a ton today, went to the beach, even took a nap on the pier.  Lucky I didn’t get stepped on.  I’m super tired.  We caught a red eye flight last night, so I haven’t had much shut eye in the past 2 days – probably not helping with the sadness.  So yeah, that’s all really.  I’m needing a little inspiration myself.  I’m in need of some inspiring blogs to read! :)

I’m so fortunate to have a Lululemon friend here in town – Kiri from the Kitsilano store!  We are going out for some music and fun tonight.  Not too much though, because I’m up at 6am to go check out the 12 Apostles.  I’ve been wanting to see them for years.  It’s going to be a good day.  Tomorrow will be a better day.  I miss you already Melissa!

Smile with your heart

Have a good day.  Please send some happy vibes this way for me!

  2. …You are never on your own. The raw and true emotion, love and joy you share within your blogs has inspired many followers. I am sure for some of them, part of the most inspiring part of their day is reading your blogs…it is becoming for me:) You have a huge community of people who know you and love you and also, who don’t know you, but are growing to love you…based on what you write. Feel the warm embrace of that and carry in your heart whenever you feel lonely, overwhelmed or sad. You ALREADY are so many great and wonderful things J.T. Peace, love and happiness will be with you WHEREVER you go. May you truly levitate in knowing you ARE making a difference!
